Closing off air vents
« on: January 05, 2018, 07:36:08 PM »
Hi
I have just had vintage air installed in my 74 challenger and now the air flow towers under the dash on each side are no longer used. From what I can work out they bring air in from the vents in the top of the firewall. Question is what's the best way to block them off as water comes in through them in heavy rain?

Cheers
Steve

cheek the drain holes at each end ,you should not get water coming out if its all in good nick in there ,get under dash with a torch and cheek up there for rust .
